Introducing the Migraine Trigger Tracker App

Recently, I introduced the trigger tracker worksheet – a simple and straightforward headache diary with one goal: to identify your own personal set of migraine triggers. Now I’m pleased to announce the release of the Migraine Trigger Tracker App for iOS devices.

For those of you following the ancestral diet advocated here and in the book, your migraines may have become a thing of the past. However, for those of you still not quite ready to go all in, or for those who have but still experience the occasional breakthrough headache, the trigger tracker can be a very useful tool.

The app is designed to be as straightforward and efficient as possible. With each headache, simply record its date of occurrence, and then answer a series of yes and no questions about the time leading up to the migraine. The app will do the rest. Over time, you’ll gain a much clearer understanding of your typical migraine triggers – valuable information for any migraine sufferer.
