2. Take this very short survey about your sleep.

3. If you haven’t read it before, we suggest grabbing a copy of 
Matth
ew Walker’s “Why We Sleep”. We’ll be referring to parts of this book during the challenge.

We have so much to look forward to in this challenge! We’ll be adding new habits focusing on what we know are the biggest levers when it comes to creating the optimal conditions for a good night’s sleep.
