Living the Migraine Miracle Substack Newsletter

Announcement: New Member Benefit!
“Living the Migraine Miracle” Newsletter

As I have worked with small groups in my Slayer Squads, I’ve found that one of the most helpful things for group members has been when I share exactly how Josh and I implement the Migraine Miracle Program.

Things like exactly what we eat each day, how we exercise, our strategies for sleep and travel, eating out, even how we approach parenting within this framework — and more!

And I think this has led to many a “lightbulb moment” for group members, allowing them to understand nuances of the program they’d previously missed. Also, seeing the areas where Josh and I differ helps show how certain aspects of the program can be individualized to your own needs and personal preferences.

Given how valuable this has been, we wanted to create a way to share more of these behind-the-scenes looks into our lives with our Migrai-Neverland members. It’s not something we really feel comfortable sharing on Facebook (plus much of the content we produce there never makes its way to your eyeballs, thanks to their algorithm).

With that in mind, we are going to be migrating from Facebook over to Substack, which we think will be a much better experience all the way around. And we’ll be sharing all of these things in our newsletter entitled “Living the Migraine Miracle.” It’ll even include subscriber-only podcast.

This shift will also make it easier for those who aren’t on Facebook to follow along. When we post, the content will be automatically emailed to you. You also have the option to get the Substack app (which we really like), but it’s not a necessity. All of this will be included with your Migrai-Neverland membership (no extra charge), and will continue as long as your membership is active (ends with cancellation).

The only thing you’ll need to do to start getting it is to OPT-IN by emailing me ([email protected]) to let me know that you want in, along with the email address you want the newsletter sent to.

This is because we will need to manually add you to the subscriber list so that you aren’t charged for being a subscriber, but we only want to add your email to this list if you give us consent to do so.

So, if you want to be added to the list, please reply to this email and let me know what email address you’d like for me to add.

See you over on Substack!

Best,

Jenny
